+ -1 moreRick Little and his crew gave an estimated date of completion, which they met, provided excellent craftmanship and made recommendations in our remodeling that we took advavantage of. He and his crew went above and beyond what was originally estimated all because Rick Little thought the extra touches would make our home look better, which they did. Their quality of work was superb, they are honest as we left our home for them to freely come and go while we were at work and they were pleasant. They are very conscientious of the work they perform and I was very pleased with the outcome of our beautiful living room, dining room and hallway. All questions were answered promptly and any concerns (just 1) was taken care of immediately. I will always use Joe Little Construction knowing the work will be done right with outstanding craftmanship at a competitive price. The remodel was a positive and good experience and I have found a company I am confident in and happy with. The remodel has increased the value of my home and I am very happy homeowner.
Description of Work: Rick Little provided an estimate in writing for a remodel of our living room and dining room, which was comparable with other estimates received. A family member had reffered him and his company (Joe Little Construction) because of the excellent work he had completed at their home. The remodel included new walls, all new trim, new ceiling and electrical work and other work, basically transforming my living room, dining room and hallway into a new showacase of rooms.

+ -1 moreAll in all we were happy with them. They took a long time but we are happy with their work. They took 3 months longer than they said they would.
Description of Work: They did a complete home remodel after a fire.
