Jen's team visits my home weekly and does a wonderful job taking the chore of cleaning off my hands. I work from home so it's important that I can be here or away on their day and I trust that everything can be taken care of without additional instruction. Not only are they detailed, but they are FAST. We have pets and they are able to work around them and are so sweet to even toss a ball to the dog on occasion. The team is very friendly and I'd recommend them to anyone. I have used a lot of house cleaning individuals and am glad I switched to a professional team. I've never been happier with my house!

Initial cleaning was good. However, during regular cleanings, quality, consistency, and timeliness rapidly diminished. I was told the same people would be coming - crew changed three times. I had to request a re- visit for floors. Main office was extremely difficult to get in touch with at any time. Arrived at the house as late as an hour after scheduled time. I called and changed the time and it was re-changed without asking me.

This is an update to my initial review. I've used Jen's for approximately three months now and continue to find their work acceptable. Only complaint is that each time there is usually one thing left undone ie, inside of toilet bowl not cleaned, wood floors not cleaned in all corners and visible floor surfaces, or patchy in spots (where dust shows up when the sun is shining in on the floor.) Otherwise, they do a great job and I am very pleased overall with their work.
Second update: Having used Jen's for nearly six months now, I continue to be pleased with their work. Service has improved over time, with all cleaning done very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one. Their prices are slightly higher than another local cleaning service I used previously, but their work is outstanding and the staff are professional. The only caveat I have is that if I have to call the company, I am always routed to voice mail. Someone usually returns my call fairly quickly, but having to leave voice mail is not always convenient.

I have been using their services for about a year. They are always prompt and reliable. They complete the work within a couple of hours. We are on a monthly rotation for housecleaning and they call a few days prior to the appointment to confirm.

What a great job Jen's did with some upholstery cleaning I needed done. After searching high and low for someone who could steam clean my upholstery, Jen's is the only one I found. They did a beautiful job and I plan on calling them back for some more cleaning needs in the future. THANKS!!!!I

have been hit and miss on a number of items. When they do the special

We paid over $300 for a deep cleaning and the result is not exactly what we had in mind. Dust remained on curtains, baseboards, air vents, ceiling fans and tops of book cases. Once we cleaned those areas, we utilized their services for a few more months for light housekeeping. The price seemed just a little high compared to other companies offering the same services. The owner and workers were always very nice and trustworthy.

Jen's team showed up on time (this is my second time using them) again. They were courteous, they knew their job, and if there were questions on how something needed to be done, they asked first. Jen, herself, was there at the start to supervise the assignments, and she returned later in the day to make sure everything had been done properly. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She had some suggestions about cleaning some things that I used later.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jen's House Cleaning! We originally hired Jen's House Cleaning to clean our office and clubhouse, but I am happy to say that we have been overjoyed to add additional work with Jen's. As a Property Manager, I can honestly say that cleaners are the hardest vendors to find! If you can find a cleaning company that will work efficiently, provide a detailed clean, and maintain an affordable price, you are very lucky - and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found Jen's House Cleaning. We recently asked Jen's House Cleaning to provide the cleaning services during our 14 day turn period. Jen's provided an exceptional cleaning service to over 150 apartments in our complex. All of the employees worked extremely hard, and were very professional. Any request that we had was never considered too big or too small. I am thrilled to say that I would recommend Jen's House Cleaning to anyone that will listen. As I have mentioned, it is hard to find great service and Jen's is simply the best - hands down!

We contracted with Jen's for approximately 8 months before I terminated their service last month. Extremely disappointed with their quality of work. Sloppy and inconsistent. Examples during final visit: trash cans left unemptied; wood floors streaked throughout; furniture pulled out for mopping, but not returned (left 6' out from wall); throw rugs tossed on bed and over banister (without being vacuumed first) and left there; large piece of furniture left undusted. Unfortunately, these were not isolated incidents but a pattern over the last several months.

The house was clean but the attention to detail was not as expected. Things were not put back where they should have been - for example the bathroom mats were left hanging on the banister, an empty can of cleaner was left on my bed. I was dissappointed in the overall experience.

We have been using Jen's for about 2 months now for biweekly cleaning. The employees are punctual, professional, and do an excellent job. This visit was especially good because the employee performed all the duties requested, but also did other small things that really made me notice she had been there like organizing the books by size and cleaning the storm door window.
