Second update: Having used Jen's for nearly six months now, I continue to be pleased with their work. Service has improved over time, with all cleaning done very well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one. Their prices are slightly higher than another local cleaning service I used previously, but their work is outstanding and the staff are professional. The only caveat I have is that if I have to call the company, I am always routed to voice mail. Someone usually returns my call fairly quickly, but having to leave voice mail is not always convenient.

have been hit and miss on a number of items. When they do the special
stuff it is done well and looks great. When they do some of the more
normal stuff it can be less than spectacular. (mop the floor and use
too much cleaner leaving the floor sticky) We'll keep up the service
and see how it goes.
