They were fast and very reasonably priced.

My daughter was married Sept. 22, 2012. I dropped off the wedding dress for cleaning within the following week. I also asked for a repair to be made in the dress. I called a couple of days later and asked that they call me when the cleaning and repair were complete, so that I could inspect the dress before it was boxed. They indicated that was not the way they typically do business, but that they would call me. I was surprised that they did not suggest that I inspect it since Village Cleaners did contact me last year to inspect the cleaning of a different daughter's wedding dress before it was boxed. They also indicated that it might be about a month before it was finished. However, it was close to two months later when I was contacted. The dress had already been boxed, but I insisted on them taking it out and letting me inspect it. (It was clean and repaired.)They were obviously not pleased, but did so, and called me one week later when it had been re-boxed. When I picked it up, a different staff person was working who was very courteous.

They are the best. They do exactly what I ask. They come out to get your stuff and will bring it out to you when you pick up. When I go in there, they remember my name, and I really like that.
