"This customer was perfectly fine when we did the floor back on 10-5-22. They were happy with the work we did. Not sure where he is coming from on the communication or his missed work. Customer calls a few months ago saying he had spots in the floor that were bubbles. I went and looked at the job and found out that water was coming through his concrete basement floor. When you popped the bubbles water come through. This is why when we do basement floors we ask if they have had any water issues coming through the floor. Water coming in on top of the floor is fine.
