The reason I made the service call is that my central air conditioning has no air flow. This is  for a house that I had recently purchased. I scheduled the called through my home warrant plan and H D service is who they sent out.The service men did arrive quickly. They did find right away that the breaker switch had been turned off. That was a result of someone messing with my breaker
panel the weekend before. I had not noticed it was off because the weather was mild so it had not needed to turn on yet.
However this is not why I called them out. When the air conditioner is running there is no air flow, nothing coming from the
vents and it does not cool down the house. They agreed there was no air flow. They determined that the air filter may be clogged
and that the air filter was probably located under the house in the crawl space. However they refused to go down in the crawl space
and look because there was water on the floor(due to a recent large amout of rain fall there was about 2" of water in the 4' crawl
space). So it is still not fixed and I paided $75 for the service call. I basically paid to have someone come out and tell me that
they did not want to get wet.

I was very, very impressed and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our furnace stopped working sometime during the night. Hugh Renyer was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and thermostat and found the problem right away. He explained everything in terms I could understand. When I told him my husband and I were thinking of replacing our air conditioning next Spring he offered to take a look at that while he was here. He said he did not want people to throw away good money on something they did not need to replace yet. He made some suggestions on what we should try first before we considered replacing our unit. He only charged us the cost of a service call. We will definitely be using this company for all of our future needs.
