After providing a bid and reassuring me that I would have input during the process, I found that I had to hound them to come to the job site. They did not consult with me on location of services, selection of fixtures, etc. The installation was sloppy and poor quality. I personally plumbed a house myself and never had a lead. Yet this company had more pipes leak that I could keep up with. Every time I wanted something that I thought was covered under the bid, I was charged extra. Terrible experience.

Work was not completed timely. One toilet removed and not replaced. Work area not cleaned. Extensive sheet rock repair needed after.
