I had a ceiling fan with lights installed in an area of my living room with no power. The installer was able to pull the power without cutting into my drywall (which I had expected to happen) and finished the project quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up his work area when he was done too. Our fan and lights look beautiful and work great. Will use this company again.

They are great. I have had no outages since they did their work. I will be having them do the rest of the house I have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.

Very pleased with Rob at Greenway. I appreciated the way he explained what needed to be done and what the end result would be. After he performed the work he told me what problem he found and how he rectified it. Very reasonable price. I will call them in the future for any other electrical needs.

The reset on outlet was not working because of moisture cover positioning. It was adjusted at no charge. This was the third time I used Greenwave. They are loyal to their customers.

Everything went like clock-work to coin a phase. it was a very desirable experience.

Needed the four exterior lights replaced and the two cables cut as they were hanging down. I did not have the time to do the lights and I did not have ladders that were tall enough to get to the cables. Rob showed up on time and after a short consultation, got right to work. He was excellent about explaining pricing and what he was going to do. This is the second time I have used Greenwave and I would have no hesitation about using them again.

Excellent. When searching for a contractor to address and resolve a problem or situation that needs to be completed, you want a company that has a creditable reputation. My recent experience with Greenwave Electric is a classic example of searching for and finding then employing such a reputable company. From start to finish beginning with the CSR Connie through consulting with Rob the service manager to having the requested work performed by Ryan the service pro, my overall experience with this amazing team can only be described as EXCELLENT. If I could offer a better superlative to rate this team, I would, but EXCELLENT is about the best I can offer. Connie has always been extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful in communicating with me regarding an existing problem and finding the solutions and in securing new work that I required. My initial meeting with Rob was so impressive in his listening and observing, assessing the overall requirements of the work I needed completed, and conclusively presenting workable and reasonable solutions and options to the work I wanted done. Working with Ryan was equally impressive because he was on time, attended to completing the new work and cleaning up afterwards and then thoroughly addressing the primary reason that I contacted Greenwave to troubleshoot and problem-solve an existing problem with an indoor ceiling fan. Although a fan arm blade was inadvertently rendered inoperable, Ryan took the existing fan arm blade with him and advised he would search for a suitable replacement. This he did indeed. I was able to find an exact replacement for the fan arm blade and he returned to install all four of the arm blades that I found, plus he installed a part that held the down rod that was making an annoying clicking. Result: the fan does not click, runs as smoothly as before, and all because of his perseverance and dedication to his job. This is truly a marvelous company and incredible team of professionals. Would I recommend Greenwave and this team? I already have and would again without hesitation and I intend to call on them again for future work. This company and this team truly rate ten stars for their excellent service. I'm a very happy camper.

Perfectly. Ron and Chris did a great job and corrected several problems that were not identified on the previous home inspection. They even found that the power being ran into the house had to be moved to a new location due to it crossing low over a flat top roof.

The young man did everything I asked, plus he installed a whole-house surge protector that he said would protect our house from everything but a direct lightning strike.
I had called a better-known company, which said it could have someone come in THREE WEEKS. Greenwave, by contrast, sent their guy the day after I called.

Service was excellent.  What I expected would be a one-day job turned into something much more involved due to problems in my electrical system.  Rob kept me very well informed throughout the process and constantly wanted to know if they were meeting my needs.  I would definitely call Greenwave again for electrical work.

Tina and Ryan were wonderful to work with. Tina took me step-by-step through their process. When Ryan was running late for our first consultation due to the poor weather Tina called right away and waved the consultation fee. Ryan was very nice and after going over the house went over the options to fix our various problems. I was made aware of the FPE panel that our old house had which is known to have serious safety problems which I wasn't aware of. I really appreciate how Tina provided the information on this issue for me. And it can't be said enough how much I appreciate how hard Ryan worked during a long grueling day in terribly cold weather conditions. Great company. Great employees. Will for sure call them again should I need them.

Everything was great!  They came out within a day of calling them.  The tech spent about two hours really studying our 1918 home.  The quote was about what we thought and they were able to start within a few days.  Being an old house, there were some changes that had to be made, but in many cases, it was an upgrade from what we were quoted, but they stuck to their quote.  The tech was always on time, professional and keep things clean.

We had a great experience with Greenwave. The technician was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. We'll definitely use them for future electrical needs.
