Garage Door Professionals

Called the provider on a Saturday morning, and he was there two hours later.  Repaired both units in an hour.  Price was very reasonable, with labor at $30.

We have lived in this home for 4 years.  There was a sticker on the inside wall of the garage with this company's info for service.  We called and explained that we needed some repair work done to an overhead door panel.   We did not receive a call back (after 10 days).  We will not call them again and will remove the sticker from the wall.

I called them several times. The first time I left a message and received a call back. I told him my problem and he said he would get back to me. Last week I called and left another message and received to return call. On Monday, October 24th I again called and left a message. Again, no return call.

Their was a problem after the initial install that he did promptly fix. Did not seem very knowledgeable of the product. Had additional "helper" show up later that seemed questionable.

Very prompt. Arrived exactly on time as promised. Experienced, professional and personable. Assessed problem, recommended a solution and gave an estimate to fix. Had to get parts to complete the job the next day. Arrived earlier than promised the next day. Completed the work, bill was reasonable and exactly as estimated. Included an extra (replaced torn exterior trim).

Attempted to contact three service companies for estimates. Only successful contacting and scheduling a visit with Garage Door Professionals. They stopped by took measurements, gave recommendations, and provided a cost estimate (the cost estimate was a little hard to understand at first). Scheduled a day for work to be performed. They came and did the work, I paid, and now I am very satisfied with my new garage doors and openers.
