We wanted to install a different window in our shower so that we would not have to have a window curtain in the shower. We were going to have someone from Home Depot install the window, however, Home Depot will not install single windows. So we scrambled to find someone who would come measure and give us an estimate before the sale we wanted at Home Depot was over. Owen took time out of his weekend to come over and measure the window and give us the proper recommendation on what kind of window to purchase. Once the window came in, we scheduled an install date with Owen. He arrived on time and completed the install within the amount of time he had estimated (took only the morning). Based upon his time and materials used, the final cost actually came in under the initial estimate he had provided us. We were very pleased with the look of the window. He cleaned up all debris with the install also. He also followed up within the week to make sure everything was going ok with the window.
