Insurance Agencies
We were unhappy with their pricing, with some of the customer service that we received over the phone. They weren't accurate in their quotes. We just have a very unpleasant experience. We got a good rate for the first year, but then they wanted to jack it up several hundreds for the following year, they wanted to adjust the price for a reason we didn't think was necessary so we dropped them. We had a water damage in our basement that is required for carpet replacement, but the adjustor that they sent out have no sense of smell. When I'm calling the customer service, it was not very friendly, it felt like you are numbered than a person when you contacted them.
