We needed an oil change on a Sunday. I stopped at Walmart and was told that it would be almost 3 hours before they could get to it. I went on to Expert Tire and was able to have the oil changed within 1/2 hour. They also performed a courtesy check and gave a printout of the findings. I was told that two of the tires had unusual wear. I was given a quote to replace those tires. There was no pressure to have it done immediately so I felt that they were not trying to take advantage of me - very professional in that they just gave me the facts and a printout showing their findings.
