Terrible, made appointments and trips in on three different days only to find they couldn't get to my vehicle same day and would not offer temporary vehicle. Finally got in and returned to find they replaced some hoses on front AC that did not need replaced. They assured this would fix the problem. Went on vacation and AC went out again 400 miles from home in July. Returned vehicle and they finally found the leak was in the rear as it was initially reported. In the course of repairs they broke various fittings and ended up charging me for many repairs that I had not authorized. Each of the many encounter required 30-60 minutes of haggling. They made it obvious that they were so busy, they simply did not care.

First off, I have to say I'm not sure of exact dates, but I believe it was in 2011 that I finally gave up on this dealership. The cost regarding this problem was well over $1,000 of USELESS "repairs".
I purchased tires that began going flat immediately. I asked to have them replaced because I thought they were defective. They absolutely refused, choosing instead to put some kind of "glue" on the rims, saying the rims were not smooth and that the rims were the problem with the tires going flat. During the whole time I had the tires, they had a slow leak.
The front end of the car kept shimmying and I kept complaining about the tires but was ignored. I paid for rebalancings, alignments, struts, etc. and the problem persisted. The service manager would drive and kept diagnosing different problems -- all unrelated to the tires' defectiveness.
I finally got so fed up after the last "repair" that I took my car to Dale Willey in Lawrence. Within 5 minutes driving in my car, the service manager said, "there are no mechanical problems; it's your tires". I bought the tires he recommended (not the most expensive) for my 2004 Saturn Vue and the car has operated smoothly ever since.
I have waiting as long as 4 hours for service that should have had me in and out in an hour.
I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this dealership. EVER.

2012 Buick Lacrosse would not start. Used ONSTAR and had it towed to Ed Bozarth after hours. 8:00am the next morning Ed Bozarth called to determine what the problem was. We told them it would not start when we came out of Lowe's. They said they would look into it and get back to us. They determined the battery was bad and replaced it. They completed the repair and it was ready that afternoon. This was on a Saturday. We were very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness..

They fixed the struts just fine. However, the window worked fine for 3-4 weeks and then it was back to misbehaving. I had to take the car to a different company - one that was more specific to a car window/door repair.

I have a 2002 truck that I took to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet because it was not running well. The axels needed a rubber boot replaced. I had a discussion with the service manager about the price for the reading of the computer codes for repair services, he was willing to reduce that charge by half. The price for services were not unreasonable with the discount given.
