From our initial appointment to evaluate if the roof needed to be replaced or repaired to completion, the experience was positive and stress free! Eaton Roofing worked seamlessly with our insurance company to ensure we were completely satisfied. The work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. The crew was fast and left virtually no mess! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

The project manager was friendly and explained things well. He was courteous and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The crew showed up on time, was very professional and completed the work in two days as indicated. The yard was clear of debris when they left. No nails or roofing debris was left behind. Have and will continue to recommended this roofing company to others.

The materials were unloaded about 4 or 5 days prior to work starting, it rained, and they called every day to let us know our status.The day they started about 6 or 7 workers showed up and started working right away. They worked all day and got the old roof completely tore off and got most of it decked. The next day they finished up the shingles and got the whole area cleaned up.

They were very courteous and polite, each member of the crew knew what to do and when to do it. I'm in the construction industry and was very impressed with their professionalism, they really worked as a team!

After they were finished they cleaned up so good that you would never have known that a major project had been accomplished in such a short period of time.

They billed $2000 over the estimate. I could only pay the $5000 and before they contacted me to make arrangements they placed a lien on my house. I called them and a rep came over and told me that they would waive interest if I paid them in a few months, but they would not negotiate the price, and that the contract stated that they could do this. I eventually paid the full amount.

Quick completion of work and left the site very clean.

They were great to work with. Professional, clean, fast, and such hard workers. They did a great job on the roof and didn't damage my landscaping. They cleaned everything up well and and even came back and next day to make sure we were OK with everything, then double checked the quality of the work.

MANAGER/FOREMAN TOM CHICHESTER AND 5 ROOFERS BEGAN TEAR OFF AT 1:00 P.M. AND THE 5 ROOFERS COMPLETED INSTALLATION AND CLEAN UP AND DEPARTED PREMISES AT 6:00 P.M. TOTAL RE-ROOF JOB DONE TO 110% SATISFACTION IN ONLY 5 HOURS. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL GROUP OF WORKERS. HAVE REFERRED THEM TO OTHERS.
