The crew did a great job! It took them about 2-1/2 days to complete. They cleaned up the yard and swept (with magnet) every evening before leaving. In the past 2-1/2 years we've found only one roofing nail in a flower bed, so they were very thorough with their clean-up. This was important to us since we have small children. During their work, one of the crew accidentally dropped a heavy piece of machinery from the roof and it hit the railing on our back porch, leaving a huge gouge and exposing some raw wood. The owner came within the next two days and repaired the wood, primed the spot (his own materials), and used our exterior paint to finish it up -- all at his own expense. He left the railing looking better than it had before the damage. We were extremely impressed with their quick response and ready acceptance of their responsibility. They were very apologetic, even though we were not upset. We will use this company again whenever we need their services.

We had a roof leak and contacted Dovetail. They were very quick to respond and help us out. They were very profession, personable and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again!

A lot of town was hit, and we couldn't even get a phone call from most companies. Dovetail returned our calls, got someone out to give us an estimate right away, and promptly scheduled us for within a week or two. The roof is still up there and not leaking after several storms, so we're happy with the product.

We really like them. They did a really fast and efficient job. The staff are very nice and informative.

no problems, excellent clean up

They were wonderful to work with. All the crew was very polite and neatly dressed. They had my roof off and on in one day. They completely cleaned up my yard and I did not find one roofing nail anywhere! I am a very picky individual when it comes to service and quality and they satisfied me with the work they did and I must say that is hard to do. I just cannot say enough how polite they are and willing to make the customer happy. They really care and know what they are doing! They are so patient and will make suggestions on colors if you are wanting a color change on your shingles. Please include them in your bids for work. You won't be sorry!
