When i called him, he called me back. We scheduled our appontement and he was there on time, he did what he needed to and he fixed the problem. I would rate him an "A". His pricing is competitive to everybody else in the area.

Dave said he'd be available to me today, then called back as promised
and was at my house within 2 hours of my first call to him. VERY prompt,
he identified the problem, set up his machinery, snaked the main sewer
line removing roots, and cleaned up his equipment all in barely an hours
time.
Most shops charge a trip charge, plus an hourly rate that
would be higher than the full bill charge of $90 he asked me to pay. I
was very impressed with his professionalism (cleaned his feet before
entering my home, was diligent about that) his knowledge, and very
pleased with his price. I paid over $200 the last time this was done.
Will be using DLC Plumbing for all my future needs!

Dave Coen was recommended by a friend a couple years ago when I had a plumbing problem. His company has always provided excellent service at a great price. My upstairs bathroom was a year and a half in the process of being remodeled. Two of his workmen came in and changed out the dual faucets for one central faucet early on. They even cleaned up after themselves! I had purchased a new toilet for the bathroom remodel and the contractor I had at the time was going to attach it to the floor using lag bolts! I told him not to bother and called DLC Plumbing again. DLC came in and showed me the flange was broken on one side. He replaced the flange prior to installing the new toilet so there would be no leaks. He also checked the supply lines to the sink for me that the contractor had installed to make sure they were not leaking. The company provides excellent service!!!
