Very satisfied with the results. Jeff was highly professional and provided good communication before and during service. He very careful and thorough in his work. Scheduling was easy and the price was surprisingly reasonable for the amount of work done. And - most important of all - the carpets look infinitely better than they did before.

I have used Custom Carpet Care for years and would use no other service. Jeff is a complete professional. His work is immaculate. He is very detail-oriented and and trust him completely.The dry cleaning process just seems to keep my carpets cleaner longer.
