Cooper's Inc

Positively dreadful. The son arrived looking as though he did not want to be there. He spent more time telling us what he could not do, we had some questions regarding other jobs we were considering getting done. He did not do all the jobs that we called him for as aforementioned. we were charged 300 dollars for those four jobs. I called the office to speak with his dad, the proprietor, not expecting him to side with me against his son, but expected at least professionalism in response to my query of the bill, well he put his son on the other line and they verbally tag-teamed me in a most nasty manner, when I mentioned the unfairness of behavior, the father snorted out "get somebody else" and HUNG up on me! As an African American woman I am not unfamiliar with racism. The callous sound in Mr. Cooper's voice left me shocked and bereft of any trust in dealing with companies with out a friend or neighbors reference. I truly thought we were beyond this type of bigotry.

Superb. Repair was done quickly and price was reasonable.

My problem is that what we had fixed this year was the same thing we had fixed last year. They're saying they'll come back in the fall and check for leak.

Greg Cooper was very professional and polite. He was prompt and done in about 30 minutes. I would call on him again for other needs.

They responded quickly, did the repair quickly and were friendly and professional.  I was completely satisfied with their service.

Didn't have what he needed to do the job and had to go back to the shop for an other part. He didn't charge for the extra time lost, but it took an hour longer than it should have.

Responded quickly.  Polite and on time.  Even came back when we thought we had an issue and resolved the issue that was our error.

Water leaking into basement had a broken line. These guys are awesomne they come in assess the problem, they exlain what the problem is and let you decide what you want to do. They are very courteous.

We called Coopers as we were experiencing problems with our water heater. We expressed out concerns during the phone conversation and the Coopers folks were quick to send out a technician. It was discovered that due to pressure surges, serious damage had been done to our water heater. Since we have a gas heater, we were very lucky to that an explosion had not occured.
WIthin a couple of hours, 2 technicians from Coopers installed a new water heater (my preferred brand) and a surge protector to prevent the surge problems from resulting in future problems. The work was done well, quickly and although they had to carry both heaters down a flight of stairs, extra care was taken not to do any damage to our home's interior. Polite and professional.

It was around 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon when I called Cooper's.  A plumber from Cooper's called me back almost immediately and said he could be at our church in about 15 minutes.  When he arrived, he was very professional.  He assessed the problem and had the problem fixed in about 10 minutes.  Problem solved!  We couldn't have designed better service.  We will definitely call on Cooper's again for any plumbing need.  We have parishoners call asking for referrals for plumbers at times.  We will recommend Coopers to them as well.

This was an excellent experience.

Cooper's is an easy company to work with. I called the office and described the issue, the receptionist coordinated a time for the technicians to visit.  They were on time, polite, and went right to work.  They replaced the flame sensor, cleaned up the furnace area and went on their way.

My overall experience with Cooper's Inc has always been excellent.  All the parameters that you establish for excellent customer service are met when you use this company.

I am always able to call and speak to someone within an hour if it is an emergency. Otherwise, my calls are returned the next day. I am able to leave a phone number for the tenant and Cooper's schedules the appointment with the tenant. Now that I/we have retired that is not as important as it has been in the past; but it was certainly nice not to have to take off from work or do the entire "phone tag" bit trying to set up  the repair.

We first used Cooper's when we built our own house and have used them exclusively at our rentals since then - from 1992 until present - and will continue to do so.
