The knowledge, communication and service is what puts them over the top. Carter and his team are wonderful. I hope to use them again. They replaced driveway and sidewalks. Helped with design and installed new back patio and sidewalks in backyard.

The folks who came in to do the work were all extremely polite and accommodating. If I so much as looked at something that I thought I could take out to the trash, one of the guys would step up and take it out immediately. Carter listens for comprehension and is great at checking in to make sure the project is progressing as planned and the work being done matches expectations.

We had a lot of work done. Lights installed, they had to cut the ceiling to put them in, (expected,) then the patchwork was sloppy with an off-color material. Had the tile in the shower replaced, and after found that the grommet was not completely cleaned off so the surface has a grit to it. The major issue though is with the flooring installed. The guys doing the install used my saw, (not a real big deal, just wish they would have asked first,) and in the process they burned up an expensive blade. When I mentioned it to Carter he said he would take care of it. Did not happen. On August 1st I started trying to get him as a board in the flooring was coming up and created a trip hazard. After several calls he sent me a text on the 3rd asking what I needed. I told him of the floor and he replied just needed to get it in the schedule. Made more unanswered calls. On the 8th got reply to a text he was positive for covid and waiting for negative test. Many more unanswered calls. On the 16th got a text asking for pictures to plan for whatever he needs to do. I sent pics and description. Lots more unanswered calls. On Monday the 29th I called from my wife phone and he answered. He told me he would be here to do it at 10:30 Tuesday morning. 10:45 got a text he was running behind but would definitely be here. I asked when and he said before 5, should only take about 15 min to fix. After more than 5 weeks, still waiting. Still have the issue. Will not call again.

Unprofessional, unskilled, unreliable, and a liar. A scammer, he scammed me big time. I had to sue this so-called website, and I would not advise anybody to use this website. He damaged my home. He built me a small porch and damaged my home, my roof, and the inside ceiling. He built a ship that crumbled into pieces, and the whole structure had to be removed. My roof had to be repaired and my ceiling had to be repaired. He cost me thousands of dollars I took him to court and won, and he has not paid me yet. He is a scammer. Do not use Carter Trade And Skill LLC if you want to have a home when you are done.

They arrived when they said they would. Did the work I requested and cleaned the area before leaving.

He showed up on time and handled several projects including repair of a crushed chain link fence, intallation of wired exterior lighting, an interior ceiling fan, mounting and hanging our big screen TV and repairing our damaged vinyl siding on the exterior of the house to name a few. His work was fast and accurate and quality driven. We were impressed and happy with the end results.
