The price is not fair at all for the diagnostics fees. They fixed the problem and did not communicate about that before with me. I was unhappy about fixing my car without contacting me. Even though they did it right. But, I got a discount. Overall, I am grading them a B. I will use them in the future.

Whenever we need Dodge service, we choose them. They are better than any other Dodge dealer in the area.

First of all let me say that I have avoided dealership service departments because I always assumed the cost would be astronomical. However when my Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel was not running properly I wanted the experts to at least diagnose the problem.
From my fist encounter with Josh over the phone the experience was a positive one. Josh was knowledgeable and assured me that I could get in first thing in the morning. When I arrived Chad another service writer was aware the problem I was having and the Kyle the mechanic tested the vehicle and assured me that no parts needed to be replaced, I just needed to clean the injectors.
Thanks to these guys my first experience with a dealership service department was a very positive one and I will not hesitate to take my truck back as needed.

This dealer used me as a bargaining chip to get a better price out of someone else they already had lined up to buy the vehicle. They insisted that I travel from out-of-town and come into the dealership--rather than agree to a price over the phone--and so they set up an appointment for about 3 hours later. When I arrived for the "appointment," the sales representative was on a test drive with another vehicle. After sitting around for about 20 minutes (while there were several employees in the showroom and no other customers), a different salesman approached me and told me that the vehicle I had driven 2 hours to buy had just been sold. But these guys didn't have the common courtesy to pick up the telephone and tell me. I can just imagine how it must have gone down: "Hey, buddy, I just got off the phone with this guy from out of town who's interested in this car, and he offered me X for this car over the phone. He's coming in here at 4:15 to buy this car for X, so you need to make up your mind. Oh, what? You'll pay X + 1? That's great! My associate from the financing department will help you finish up the paperwork while I go take someone on a test drive for another vehicle. Hmm. Maybe I should call that out-of-town guy to let him know the car has been sold. Nah! Who cares about him! No money to be made off him because I already sold the one car he was interested in. But I do have another new customer to take on a test drive and make some money off of, so here I go . . . ." So in the end, I took half a day off of work, wasted a 4-hour round-trip, the salesman wasn't even there at the agreed time, and they never even bothered to pick up the phone to tell me the one vehicle I was coming to see (a specific trade-in) had been sold. It was a supremely disrespectful waste of my time on their part, and I hope this saves someone else from being used as a bargaining chip.
