There was no charge because they were doing termite re-inspection. They came out and did a visual exam all the way around the house. They did determine we had termites and they went ahead and treat it. As far as I know they are all gone. I've been using them for 3 years. They're a small company which I like, they are very friendly, courteous, very nice people and they did a great job because we don't have any more bugs.

They are prompt! If you have any additional problems in between the quarterly visit, they come right out. I've used them for several years. I am very pleased with their service.

We heard about them because they service the school where my husband used to be the principal. We live in the woods, where there are lots of little critters that want to come into the house. Biggs Pest Control comes every three months and sprays the house whether we’re here or not, and they do a good job. They’ve always been trustworthy. I haven’t compared prices because we’ve always used them. I trust them and like them.

We don't see any bugs and we like that. We have them spray our basements and outside in the attic and in the patio room. We had them in initially for carpenter ants about three years ago and we have used them ever since. We have also used them for termite inspection.

THEY ARE ALWAYS EXTREMELY PROMPT. I FEEL THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. THEY SPRAY INTERIOR, EXTERIOR AND ATTIC. THEY INFORM ME OF WHERE THEY PLACE MOUSE BAIT SO THAT I CAN KEEP MY DOGS AWAY!
