Beware! A2B Plumbing used legal threat to intimidate us after walking off the job and refusing to respond to email requests for resolution. The offer letter and subsequent communication, from his attorney claimed no knowledge of damages to my home, poor project planning, poor installation, and breach of contract. He was in fact, requiring extensive additional fees for completion with lessor materials and without correction of damage. (IE: Cut floor joist under deep soak tub, basic plumbing and ordering errors etc…) Even after we paid for a professional inspection, he continued to deny the facts of this contract and is still relying heavily on his vague, poorly written estimate in attempts to avoid responsibility. Even double billing for inferior fixtures while refusing credit for the more expensive ones he could not install. (in the order manifest he left behind with the mess he also left.) Mr. Roach continues to refuse reasonable settlement offers and driving up attorney fees a year later. He has consistently stated he could not “afford” to complete the job then could not afford to settle, then after I forced Insurance assist, he continues to shirk responsibility wherever possible. We have now been informed we will never be able to recoup all expenses... A year later we are still dealing with lawyers and my Bath is still destroyed!

Took care of the faucet first, got it running quickly efficiently Gave me a list of disposals, help me chose the best for my situation. Installed quickly efficiently. Got here when scheduled, saved me money on the faucet. Had a variety of products I could choose from with the warranty I wanted; I chose a mid range disposal. Would recommend to others and would use again. The cost of service included parts and installation.

Very responsive. Was only one of three places I called that responded. Was good to get a live person when I called and they responded to my request in about 1/2 hour and were at the house within an hour. Was able to get the drain cleaned even though had to make two passes and explained the problem. Was very clear about pricing and explained that given the weekend prices would be higher before doing the service. Did not charge me for a sink drain he was unable to clear because he indicated the drain probably needed to be replaced. It was too corroded and blocked to get the auger through. Very professional and very pleasant to work with. Planning to hire him for other plumbing services I need.

The floor drain in basement was backed up And Brian ran over 20’ to open without success. He the ran the main line and opened it up with no charge to that line. Brian’s like a best friend taking the time to explain and recommend and is there to help At more than fair prices. Thanks A2B

It went great. They ran new lines throughout the house and took great care in making sure it worked as the simplest and cost effective install. All in one day to boot! If you have a project I would highly recommend A2B plumbing because the project will be done right and 24 hour service on the warrantied work for years to come.

He is incredibly diligent about showing me what he is doing, explaining what he is doing in simple terms so that I can understand, but also what I can expect. He is very clean, fast and pleasant. His pricing was reasonable too. He even has an application that customers can apply for, that is kind of like an insurance. It saves a lot of money and I can basically call him on a whim. I wished I could give him a A+.

Brian was very quick to respond. He, and his crew worked diligently and quickly had my new sewer installed. They landscaped my yard to be easily seeded,and cleaned up completely. I am extremely pleased.
