Alan and his crew showed up and took them 2 days to remove a 12' x 12' deck and cover, When he brought the lumber, it was in a rented dump trailer. They unloaded the  lumber  and loaded some of it back on the trailer.  They built the deck but attached to the house. It was suppose to match the existing roof line, but they tore off the cornice leaving holes. When I tried to contact Alan by phone it just went to voice mail. So I emailed him and got lame excuses, then an email stating I needed to hire another contractor, and he would refund What he hasn't spent in a timely manner.

I have an holes in my house, unfinished deck, a pile of lumber, and a 50 pound box of nails for a nail gun.
