I bought a garage door at Menards that was the right size, color, and style and had it delivered to my home. While I was there I picked up John's flyer in the installer center, booked online, he called to confirm, and showed up today - DURING A BLIZZARD, NO LESS - to install my new door. Learn from my mistake, friends...one doesn`t ' simply buy a garage door off the shelf! You should hire a pro, like John, to come over and assess your needs THEN order. Though the DOOR is correct, the HARDWARE that came with it, isn't! Before he ever told me there was an incompatibility, he'd already arranged with Menards a swap for the proper hardware! If I had to arrange it, I wouldn't have been able to articulate the problem to Menards employees! Oh, and after we finished he was kind enough to drop me off at my car. I had parked it offsite for safety the night before. I'll let you know how it goes once the correct hardware gets here and we reconvene! "UPDATE 3/20/2025" Hello! Me again! Cindy from O.P. - who bought the wrong garage door off the shelves before hiring John to install it! I told you I would update you after the correct door was installed. The store notified me this past Monday that my new door had arrived. I made an appointment with John for today to get it installed. But OH, it's more complicated than that! FIRST, John came to my house to pick up the "wrong" garage door that I bought and returned it for me. If I had done that myself, the store would have charged me a restocking fee. John talked them out of doing that! THEN he picked up the new door, brought it back to my house, installed it within 2 hours, and hauled off my old door! A consummate professional, I think I've found my new "go to" for all garage door matters!

He picked up the doors, installed and hauled off the old doors and installed a new garage door opener. I highly recommend John!

Great work. John went above and beyond to make sure my job was done right. He installed a garage door opener in a space that everyone else said they could not do. I now have an opener for the first time in over 50 years. I had two openers and two garage doors installed. Everything was done to perfection. Very happy with the work and the price I paid.
