Description of Work: An upstairs toilet broke and flooded the three floors below. They did an excellent job with the restoration work and he was dead-on with the bid and I liked his honest approach. I’ve referred him multiple times since.

+ -1 moreThe project lasted a few months. The best thing about John is he always answers his phone. I appreciate a contractor that will listen to my concerns and not make me feel like I am pestering him. He was professional and timely. We were able to put the home on the market and it sold.
Description of Work: Jlm Properties remodeled a home for my Brother and Sister in law that were living out of town and I oversaw the project. John and his crew remodeled the kitchen and bathroom. He installed new windows and a roof. The paint choices and color schemes where all his idea and it turned out excellent.

+ -1 more99% of the work I mentioned was completed before I owned the house, so I cannot speak to how long things took or whether the crews were professional, but I can tell you the results were excellent. There was one odd issue; neither of the door locks worked when I moved in. I called John and he came right over, took the locks out and back to the locksmith, and returned within an hour. All was fixed and he even helped me figure out why the hot water wasn't working at my kitchen sink. Since then, I've hired JLM to install a storm door and we're planning a new project now.
Description of Work: I cannot speak highly enough of John and JLM Construction. I'm the new owner of a home that John completely renovated. Not only am I thrilled, but the realtor and home inspector were also impressed, and they've seen a lot of houses! John and his crews managed everything: replacing the roof, installing new flooring, interior/exterior painting, moving the laundry hook-ups from the basement to the first floor, adding new windows, indoorn/exterior doors and appliances, updating the 3.5 bathrooms, vaulting the ceiling in the dining room, and replacing the furnace, water heater and air conditioning.
