JIM DULTMEIER ROOFING

We chose the top four roofers based on Angie's lLst reviews. We interviewed several roofing companies and selected Dultmeier. Jim and his wife were ON TIME for our estimate. He explained what would be required and what would be optional and he gave us an estimate right on the spot. Jim struck me as a 'country boy' at heart, which I wasn't expecting. But he was easy to talk to and explained the process and answered our questions. I saw that they had one bad review but took it in stride, knowing that reviews have two sides to them. We weren't disappointed. I'd heard several bad things about roofing work crews in general and was a little apprehensive. I shared my concerns with Jim. He understood, without being offended, and new what I was talking about, assuring me that we wouldn't have any issues. He was right. The foreman was present on the job the entire time and the crew did fast and good work. They arrived early, around 6:30 am and had the job completed by 5:00 pm that same day. And when I say completed, I mean they were packed up, the yard and shrubs had been de-nailed and it looked like no one had even been there, except for a shiny new roof. Well, not shiny, but you know what I mean. The entire work crew was Hispanic, which concerned me at first. Each of them was courteous and efficient. They worked fast and skillfully. Jim's team did a really great job and the roof looks wonderful. They recommended some replacement sheeting that was bowed, but it wasn't to generate more profit, it was needed. They also reinforced some other areas that didn't require re-sheeting. Jim came by twice during the day to check on the work. And he came by as they were wrapping up to make sure that we didn't have any concerns and that everything was taken care of. Over all it was a great experience and Jim and his wife were great to work with.
