remodeling, stucco
+ 0 moreChad was fantastic to deal with, super nice, friendly and I felt he was honest. Our front windows were leaking and we had several people out to look at the issues. We paid to have everything re-caulked, flashing changed and we even painted thinking we had a hairline crack in the stucco. Prior to Swan Construction coming we easily had 5 or 6 bids all ranging from $2000 to $8000 based on the stucco replacement with no guarantee of fixing the leak. Only Chad guaranteed his work. All the Swan Construction staff we encountered were very friendly and each night when they left they cleaned up any mess and left things as nice as possible. I would use Swan Construction again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Our front windows were leaking and we had several people out to look at the windows to determine what was wrong. No one knew for sure but they all tended to blame the stucco. Chad from Swan Construction came in and said he thought it was not the stucco but would need to get under the stucco to find the problem. Chad guaranteed his work and said we would be leak free when he was done. We were given two quotes, one for fixing the leak if the leak was below the second story window and a second estimate if he needed to go up higher. As it turned out the builder did not wrap above the first floor window. They removed the stucco and trim, replaced the rotted sheathing, installed new house wrap, trim boards, kick out flashing, paper backed lathe to sheathing. Next they installed the stucco base and matched the existing stucco then painted.
