We found Mike to be an expert and master craftsman. He comes with 20+ years of experience and has a commitment to the high standards of a professional in EVERY aspect of his work; that's something we did not experience with other and quot;big nameand quot; companies in this market space that do have the expertise but lack in professionalism. Whether it was making sure that he respected our home, or explaining and showing us why the leak was occurring and the correct way to address it, or being responsive to our phone calls, or having an extensive knowledge of techniques and products to resolve the problems, Mike was a professional in every sense of the word. He completely rebuilt our shower floor at a price that was much better than the and quot;big nameand quot; companies. The bottom line is that Mike is a professional that we would trust completely again.
