Overall, the work done was fairly well. I believe it only took them 2 or 3 days. Our roof is very steep and has several different levels, so was probably somewhat complicated. They were close to the lowest price quoted. There was quite a mess in the attic and inside the house, under a skylight. When I turned on the attic fan, debris fell from the attic. Also, though they cleaned up the yard, I was able to pick up more than a large handful of nails, staples, etc. Once the job was complete, I contacted them with some concerns. There was a storm right afterwards, which blew up some shingles also. They came and fixed the shingles, but never contacted me about my concerns or questions. I guess they just decided, that my concerns were unnecessary to address and neglected to inform me of their decision.

When I faxed them the signed contract they never called me and I had to call them to see if they wanted the business. After the job was complete, parts were not done properly and left pieces of materials in the yard that they didn't take with them. I had ask them to let me know when they were coming out to give an estimate so that I could be there but they didn't. My elderly father was home alone and it was very unsettling.

I want to say what an excellent job they did...my roof was replaced in a day...Fantastic job!! Robin Minzes

They did a good job but didn't clean up in the evening when they left. In the back over by the garage, they left a big bin and didn't clean up the stuff from the evening. They finally cleaned it up. It looks like they did a good job, but there's something sticking up by the chimney. I asked him the other day to come out and look at it but haven't heard back from them. Otherwise, they did a great job. Jim is a delightful person to talk to.
