The service was very good it went very well. They were very personable. They listened to us. They gave a lot of attention to detail. They made call backs when things went wrong.

The work was done by the owner himself and his top foreman, since all of their other crews were busy that day. They showed up on time and worked quickly for over three hours. They raised the lead-in on the roof, removed the old breaker box and installed the new box rated for 200 amp service. They also labeled all the new breakers. The power to the house was off for only 3 hours and everything was prepared for the line crew who came 2 days later to raise the line from the pole. The city inspection found no problems with all this work. I would highly recommend this company - Kal was very friendly and hard working and the final bill was $300.00 LESS than the initial estimate. That is certainly worth an A!

I need a ceiling fan replaced after a blade was broken off the existing fan. The gentleman from KAL Electric called me in route to my house so I could leave work to meet him. He was very friendly and professional. After he was finished he offered to take away the old ceiling fan and vacuum up the little bits that were left on the carpet after installing the new ceiling fan.

I thought the price was reasonable. They were professional, but some things had to be redone after the inspector came out. They did come back right away to redo the minor things that the inspector caught. I was comfortable with the guys in the house.

They never got back to us. I didn't have a problem with them, but it was frustrating that I took the time to be here and show them the project and then no one got back to me. I would still work with them though.

It was done as we expected. They arrived on time and completed the task to our satisfaction.

Overall it went excellent. They were on time and efficient I had heard about them from Angie's List. They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

I dealt with Brad, and he is really a good guy. He didn't do the work, but he sent a crew of guys out to do the job. They did a great job on the bathroom, making sure that the outlets were installed properly. I would hire them again if I had need of that kind of work again.

They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves.

The repairman arrived on the same day as called and was on time. He was knowledgeable and fixed all our problems in a timely manner at a very fair price.

The electrician arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He had me show him each light to be replaced, advised me of the options and possible problems that might arise with my older home wiring, and then completed the work requested. He was friendly, efficient, and completed the jobs as expected.

It went very well. I am very pleased. They weren't able to come out on the day we agreed to due to weather. But came out the very next day and instead of the two days they originally said it would take it took one day. It was completed on the time agreed! The installers were very professional and cleaned up their messes. They were very punctual!

I had a sparking, smoking GFCI outlet in the kitchen over the weekend. I called first thing Monday and was able to schedule a service call for Tuesday. Mike showed up on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem (ants invading the outlet and shorting it out!). He replaced the outlet with an upgraded one and showed me how it worked. He remembered on his own to give me the 5% Angie's List discount. He even reassured me that their copy of the bill that had my credit card number would be shredded as soon as it went through for my security. Next thing I knew, he was done and I was on my way back to work! Very efficient...they definitely know what they're doing.

They came on time, did all the work well, and cleaned up afterwards.

It went well. The technician spent about an hour and a half. He was very courteous and professional. He did everything that we asked.

The installers were very professional and careful moving in their tall ladder and helpful in judging fixture height (and patient while I pondered this). They were very willing to please, to make sure I was happy with the final installs. They had to return a second time to install the dining fixture because we miscalculated the chain length and it was too short. I appreciated their effort to help determine this the first time for no charge.

Brad came out early and dove right into the troubleshooting. Having watched a number of trades-folk do troubleshooting, good and bad, I felt right off that Brad knew what he was about. Why was I so sure, he keyed right into the replacement outlets and switches that I had done. And, of course, he was right. I had wired a switch correctly but had picked out the wrong switch for the application. He wired the switch and magically everything worked again. Looking at my "mystery" switch, he was able to determine that it was there to control a ceiling fan that may have been in the dining room. All in all an excellent experience, and lesson for me! Well worth the price.

The rep arrived early, installed all the fixtures and cleaned everything when he was done. I will definitely remember them again when I have these needs.

They showed up on time to do the work. They were friendly and professional. They explained things to me during the process of their work. They cleaned up everyday after they were through working and also at the end of the job. I'm actually thinking about hiring them again for some more work soon. They are a great company! I would highly recommend them.

They came out figured out the problem quickly, fixed it and even replaced the outlet plates to cover up a remodeling mishap. They were fast and efficient, as opposed to previously using an independent contractor that had charged me more than double and made 3 trips and never resolved the problem. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again!

We noticed a problem on a Friday, with 2 outlets in our kitchen (they functioned intermittently). My husband replaced one outlet and it SEEMED to fix BOTH. But on the following Tuesday, with my husband out of town on business, I woke to find that the original two outlets weren't functioning, PLUS 2 more, which included one for our stand alone freezer. I got KAL Electrics info off the Angie's' List site and made the call at 8 a.m. I explained I would be available after 11 a.m, due to an appointment. I was told someone could come between 11 and 4, which was fine with me. Even better, the repairman (in this case also the owner of the company) came before noon. He listened to what had been going on and what we'd tried, and said he believed he knew the problem. It was an adjacent (always functioning) outlet which was causing it, and it was a fire hazard. Showed me the area which had dark spots from heating up. He did a wonderful job in a timely fashion and kept us safe.

Brad Kalush provided prompt and courteous service. Brad explained how he would repair the pipe that slipped on the electrical box. Because the quote was fair I decided to add an additional electrical outlet to the outside of our home. Brad coordinated with KCPL a date and time and the work was completed in less than a week after the initial call. The three electricians were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire jobs from start to finish took 1 hour.

Very satisfactorily. The came within the projected time interval stated by the office. They had to go to three vendors to find an old push-type circuit breaker for installation. The workers were very personable and informative.

The work involved a thorough check of the entire electrical system. The two men were courteous and efficient.

They did a fine job! Clean up was not what I had expected.
