Innovative Renovations

Although my project was not enormous in terms of overall magnitude, it was difficult and very urgent.  Innovative was able to work my project in despite a crowed schedule (a testament to their quality and desirability). The price was very competitive and the work was excellent. The crew was very professional, clean, and polite. A model that other companies would benefit from following.
Over the winter, squirrels began to invade my attic through various locations along the roof lines and soffits.  I was able to stifle the invasion by blocking the rodent's entrances in areas I felt comfortable accessing.  However, by mid-March the fury tailed rodents caught on to my limited abilities and began tunneling right through the siding where the chimney meets the roof, and the underlying soffit . This location is approximately 40 feet above a steeply terraced, rock embedded landing zone. I'm generally up to the challenges associated with do-it-yourself projects, but I felt this job required professional attention.
I called several companies and was dissuaded by price and/or waiting time.  I needed someone out there quickly before the spring rains turned my chimney into an indoor waterfall.  A co-worker referred me to Innovative Renovations after hearing of my situation. I called and spoke to Ryan, whom I later learned owned the company.  He understood the urgency of the situation. There was a chance for rain the next day, and although materials couldn't be there in time, Ryan sent two men over to install a temporary cover for the coming rain. The materials and crew showed-up the next day. 
After exploring the roof further, the crew discovered additional areas that needed attention. Without receiving an additional estimate, I agreed to have them proceed. When I received my invoice, I was surprised to see that the change-order work was negligibly changed. I called the office to make sure the bill reflected the additional work and was surprised to find out it did.
I highly recommend Innovative Renovations. I know that next time they'll be the first call.

Ryan Warrell (owner) met with us to understand our needs. He then provided a detailed estimate which included a detailed scope of work. When we selected him for the job, he provided a contract and a payment schedule. Ryan and his team showed up when they said they would and worked every day until the job was complete. We are very happy with the quality of work. Our deck looks great and is very secure. We have contracted with Innovative Renovations to do another large project for us (convert a screened in porch to a finished area). That job will start when the new window is received..

We ended up not completing the larger landscaping project with the prime contractor, but did use Ryan and Exclusive Decks and Remodeling to perform the deck construction. Ryan was extremely responsive regarding design and materials changes. Further he did not surprise us with change-orders. Ryan's initial estimate was the final price. The deck came out beautifully and his crew is top notch. They cleaned up the site each day and were very respectful of the surrounding property. Ryan's price was the best out of all the bids we received and the quality can't be topped.
