Heating and Air Conditioning Service
AC unit quit cooling fall 2005. Multiple call backs with multiple replaced parts and ''leak'' repairs to no avail. Mr. Vince Holzer then abandoned me and would not return calls. Had to deal direct with Lennox who were very helpful and apologetic. Reassigned warranty responsibility to another local company (''A'' rated on Angies List) and unit repaired promptly and now functioning appropriately after dealing with Mr. Holzer from Aug 2005 through June 2006. A very unpleasant, rude little man.
