DOCTOR'S LAWN & LANDSCAPE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE GROSSLY INCOMPETENT! I have a 3 million dollar home for sale in the Siena subdivision in Leawood. Doctor's Lawn came the day before my scheduled open house of 10/25 and cut my sod laid irrigated yarrd after heavy rain and destroyed my yard front & back. They put very deep ruts in my manicured yard to the point it looks like I had a damn tractor pull event on my property! I called "Andy" and insisted he come out to see the damage. He showed up but denied the damage and said "it's normal" to see that in a yard. well...NO IT'S NOT! I asked him if he was okay with such damage and he gleefully said "yes". I fired him on the spot, called my attorney, and am going to sue Doctors for repairing their malicious damage. Furthermore, upon having the irrigation people come out the next day to "winterize" my irrigation system, the irrigation company also found several broker sprinkler heads that were both ran over by the mowing crew blades, or by the mower wh

Nice people but plagued with poor quality workmanship, inattention to detail, delays and excuses. After three separate attempts to "make it right" it was still sub-par at best. They charge top dollar, but provide a C- product

Awesome job! Dan was great to work with and the crew was extremely hard-working. The job took 5 days. They cleaned up each evening and the at the end of the week, you couldn't even tell they had been digging at all. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and how great the yard looks. We will use them again for future lawn needs.

After getting several quotes to replace existing plants and bedding materials, my wife contacted Doctor's after seeing a yard sign at a nearby house in our neighborhood.  Their work was stellar!  Their staff was very professional and did work in 2 days that would have taken me weeks.  Best money I've ever spent!!  They did all the work and hauled away all of the debris.  Bedding areas look receptive to new plants and gives our whole house a facelift.
We will definitely use them again (& again).

We  asked for no trimming  to keep the price low -  they accommodated us, just as we requested.

They were a bit late showing up - in fact the owner came himself because some of his crew members didn't show up for work that morning.  We reviewed the entire sprinkler system (this is for our church where I serve on the facilities committee) in regard to layout, head operation, and program.  It appears someone had changed the program so that each of the 7 zones was running for 40 minutes 6 days/week.  We changed it so the zones with rotating heads run 30 minutes and the zones with pop-up heads run 15 minutes three days per week.  Dan was very helpful and professional.

Outstanding people to work with from the beginging to finish.  Always willing to work with us, we made many changes while things were being done.  The three gentlemen that put the patio together are amazing to watch.  Eddie knows in his head how everything is going to look and he just puts it together.  Outstanding!!  Rick the project manager was wonderful to work with.  Whenever we made changes he worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted.  He designed all of our landscaping and it looks great!

We have had Doctor's for over 13 years now. They have taken care of our lawn with the appropriate chemical treatments and also lawnmowing. The lawn alwas looks great and if there were any problems or minor damage done with the mowers, they come right out and address/fix the issue. Office staff is friendly and helpful. We also had landscaping done about 10 years ago with pavers and the work has held up very well. You have to pay for what you get, they are not cheap, but we feel the service is comparable to their fees. They are reliable and knowlegeable and we would highly recommend them.

I think they are wonderful. They are very prompt, when they told me that they will be here by 10 O’clock they were here by 10. They got in and they did the work.   

I wasn't 100% pleased. They gave me an itemized list of what would go in it ,but not a diagram of how they would be installed. It was mostly okay, but they brought the bed to the edge of the driveway which I wasn't happy with. They had to come back to make an adjustment. They didn't give me instruction on how to fertilize the plants. I actually lost several of them because they weren't water or fertilized correctly.

They had three guys working here full time for a full week in the August heat. The walls looks very nice for which I have received many compliments. They did a great job and I would use them again if needed. The only complaint is that they did leave a little mess when they were finished, some work debris, tubing, etc.

ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND RESPONSIVE. PRICE FOR WORK DONE (SPRINKLER MAINTENANCE) WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE, BUT COULD NOT GET ANYONE ELSE TO RETURN A PHONE CALL TO SET UP A TIME TO COME OUT. ALSO PROVIDED ESTIMATE FOR OTHER LANDSCAPING WORK (NOT DONE). ESTIMATE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN THOSE OF OTHER COMPANIES.

DOCTOR'S LAWN PROVIDES GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME.

DOCTOR'S LAWN HAS BEEN PERFORMING WORK FOR US FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH PIPES FREEZING BECAUSE OF THEIR ABILITIES. WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN RELATED ISSUES, THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE TO OUR CALLS.

WEEKLY MOWING AND TRIMMING. COME SAME TIME EACH WEEK. RESPOND TO CALLS QUICKLY.

IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALLED. WORK WAS SATISFACTORY. REMOVED UNDERGROUND TUBES FROM DOWN SPOUT AND DIDN'T RETURN THEM WHICH INCREASED WATER IN BASEMENT DURING SEPTEMBER FLOOD.
