Description of Work: Complete interior and exterior detailing of my car. Work was professional, looked great. Location is somewhat difficult to find and not exactly clean and appealing, but the price for services was fair. My main concern is punctuality. I took the car in in the morning with a promise for pickup at 5:00p. When I arrived, work was mostly done, but I did have to wait for them to finish. I was there probably 30 minutes longer for pickup than I expected. I like Ray the owner and believe he is doing his best to run a professional business -- I will use Detail Auto in the future.

 + -1 moreHad appointment to have car picked up at my work location at 9:00 am for interior detail service. John was to take it to the shop and return it to me. John called at 9:30 am the morning of the appt. to indicate he was running late - did I still want to have my car detailed? I agreed, and he took the car, letting me know that he would finish a little after 12:00 p.m. This was fine as this time was still in line with what he originally told me - that he would need it for a few hours. At 12:40 pm, John called to let me know that he had not yet started - how much longer could he keep it? I let him know I needed the car back asap as I needed it for afternoon transportation. It took him another 35 minutes to return it to me. At which time he did not apologize for the inconvenience, use of my gas to take it to his shop, or the mud he left in the driver side area. Did not offer to reschedule, etc.. Perhaps he decided he didn't want the business? He told me on more than one occasion that he could also tint the windows if I wanted that done - no! Overall, wasted my time. I now have to try and make alternative arrangments prior to needing the car detailed for the weekend.
Description of Work: Interior car detailing. Asked to specifically have pet hair removed from upholstery in hard to reach areas.

 + -1 moreExtremely well. Jon is a very personable, knowledgable and incredibly honest man. The quality of his work, work ethic and attention to detail is exceptional!
Description of Work: Four (4) large living room windows (approx 6'x3') and thirty (30) 1'x1' bedroom windows were tinted with 50%+ tinting.
