 + -1 moreLUCAS BINGHAM GREW UP IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND WE WATCHED AS HE GREW HIS BUSINESS. BEGINNING AS A YOUNG TEENAGER, HE IS NOW A YOUNG MAN AND STILL DOING MOST OF THE WORK HIMSELF. HE DOES GOOD WORK, IS POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT LAWNS, KEEPS APPOINTMENTS AND CALLS BACK. HIS RATES ARE INCREDIBLY REASONABLE. WE WERE FIRST GOING TO RENT EQUIPMENT AND DO ALL OF THIS LAWN WORK OURSELVES, BUT THE RENTAL COST OF VERTICUTTERS (TO SEW GRASS SEED IN AN ESTABLISHED LAWN), AND AERATORS, PLUS TIME INVOLVED WHERE JUST ABOUT COMPARABLE TO WHAT HE CHARGED. WE'RE SO GLAD HE DID THE JOB. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR LAWN CARE, ESPECIALLY AERATING AND RESEEDING OR OVERSEEDING.
Description of Work: LUCAS AERATED OUR ENTIRE LAWN (ABOUT 3/4 ACRE YARD). HE ALSO SLIT SEEDED (OVERSEEDED) 4 HUGE AREAS OF THE LAWN THAT WERE GETTING BARE AND WEEDY. WE HAD A BLEND OF TALL GRASS FESCUE PUT DOWN, WE PAID FOR THE SEED OURSELVES. WE USED RESEEDING GUIDELINES FROM K-STATE EXTENSION SERVICE, EASILY ACCESSIBLE ON THE WEB, AND PUT DOWN ABOUT 4 LBS OF GRASS SEED PER 1,000 SQ. FEET.
