I had 7 metal mini-blinds that needed cleaning. Tom Dease, the owner-operator, was able to schedule me the next day due to a cancellation by another customer. He arrived at mid-morning, as scheduled, and took down the blinds and took them to his cleaning facility. He brought them back shiny and clean about 2 hours later and re-installed them. He made sure they worked properly. Tom is friendly and professional. This was a good experience.
