They're great. They do good work and come when they say they'll come. In the spring, if there's any maintenance required they'll just do it while they'res here. For instance, We had trouble with a main pipe coming out of the house from the foundation and the fixed that too.

It was really easy for me to get in, they are really personable, and they usually have good insight. They fix it up for me at a good cost. I have been using them for probably 3 years now. Shutting down the sprinkler system is $75 which is about normal in this area. Other things like if a head broke were very reasonable. Even when I had them add a new sprinkler head, I think it was pretty reasonable too. I had them do quite a few things for me. I wouldn't be using them again and again if I wasn't happy with them.

They met with us and created an irrigation system customized to our yard. They installed the system and adjusted it later when we realized one area was not reaching far enough. All their employees were knowledgeable and friendly We had several bids for a system but Pro H2O was the only company that made a separate appointment to discuss our options. Jeremy came with a written plan. They were not the cheapest company but we're definately the most thorough.

They're fine. They came out and did a nice job. He's very friendly. He did what he said he was going to do. It was getting cold and they were the only ones who would come out in the timeframe that I wanted them to.

Arrived on time and completed all repairs plus making sure all heads were correctly adjusted.
This is a great company that has worked on my system
for the past three seasons. I found them over three years ago when my former company could
not fix a problem (two zones always came on at the same time). These guys are great.

I had received a recommendation about Pro H20 and decided to have them come out to my residence that we just moved into last year. We were unsure if the sprinkler system even worked. However, after about 2 hours they had everything up and running properly - replaced a couple heads, repaired a couple leaks, and adjusted all heads. He even showed me how to operate the system. He estimated the age of the system when he got there and come to find out the date on the controller was only a year off! (system is about 11 years old) Was VERY friendly (even though I questioned him to death and watched exactly what he was doing since I did not have any prior knowledge) and will definitely be using them for all my future needs.

The check the system in the spring and drain the lines in the fall. They check all the sprinkler heads and we have a service contract with them. We have been happy with them since they installed the sprinkler system, and we have no complaints. They provide value for what they charge.

This is my first irrigation system. After year's of re-seeding and replacing landscaping, I finally decided to install a sprinkler system with no regrets. Through my research, I received four different estimates.
- All providers used Rainbird or Hunter irrigation systems
- Pro H20's estimates was in the lower-mid point of the range
Overall I was impressed with their upfront knowledge and personal / local approach.
- They took time upfront to explain how the would install the system and offered practical advice
- Upon completion they provided one-on-one training on how to operate the systems (set timers, adjust water levels, how long to water, etc...)
System was installed timely and within the estimate provided. System has worked great and I have since used Pro H2O to Winterize my system (I found this tech to be equally knowledgable and friendly.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WORK WAS PERFORMED SATISFACTORILY. COST OF JOB WAS MISQUOTED AND THEY DID NOT RESOLVE BILL IN AN ADEQUATE MANNER. ACTUAL COST WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS.
