Michael was very responsive to come bid cleaning and stretching our basement carpet and stairs. He is a very bright, kind and professional young man. His bid not only came in lower than the other highly ranked company, but he also assumed more of the responsibility for preparing the rooms to be cleaned and stretched. He arrived when he said he would and the work was performed quickly and beautifully. I wish I'd had him come a long time ago! Carpet looks new.

My wife and I are very busy so for us to take off work for a few hrs while someone is working in our house is next to impossible. We left our nanny at the house to wait for Robert - he showed up on time! We felt comfortable enough to leave him in the house to get the job done by himself, so our nanny left with the kids. I got a call from Robert letting me know everything was complete, he mentioned that he found a few trouble spots and was able to take care of them - he left an invoice and came by later to pick up his check in between appts. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again when we are ready to have our furniture cleaned.Thanks Robert!!
