+ 0 moreIt went well during the time of installation. However - we now see they failed to do proper base preparation and installation. This has made a huge difference in it's longevity. So as the saying goes.....don't judge a book by it's cover. We have attempted to get M&M to come and correct their work for 2 years without any success. They ignore our calls or say they will show and do not. Last time they finally sent someone named Tom out and said they would follow through and we never heard from them again. We are very upset and discouraged and would not recommend them. All we want is for them to correct the improper work they did for sake of their integrity as a company. We have several neighbors who have also had issues with improper installation and no response. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
Description of Work: Veneer existing concrete porch, built sweeping concave step down to porch.
