Consistently quick, quality service and always a pleasure to work with even for major repairs. Also, are really good at explaining any issues with our cars that I don?t immediately understand. In this case, they provided all of the available options and talked me though each one to help me reach the best choice for my situation. The evening drop-off option is VERY convenient.

"After reviewing this situation we want to first of all apologize for any negative experience that may have occurred. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all our customers, regardless the situation. This customer purchased a set of tires in 2012 and declined the road hazard policy. The customer returned 13 months later stating he experienced a road hazard situation and demanded a new tire be provided at no charge. After discussing further, we hesitantly obliged under the circumstance that he purchase the road hazard policy, so we wouldn't have the same problem again. The customer agreed. We stand by our decision, and hope that someday [member name removed] would give us a second chance to prove our work and service."

I developed an oil leak in my minivan. I left it at their night deposit Sunday evning and got a return call the next morning with a very fair estimate. They also found the problem with my interior lights that I had been experiencing for 6 months, a faulty fuse! They wanted to make sure the interior light issue wasn't caused by something more, so they asked some more questions to eliminate other sources. They were done with all services by early afternoon and I have not had an issue with either since. They have great technicians that are very knowledgeable and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. They have since followed up with me to make sure the issue had not recurred. They not only knew what the issue had been, but they asked specific questions about evidence of recurrence. Amazing service, quick, and they did a great job!

They are a family owned business and are dependable and knowledgeable. They have been in business a long time so when you take your car in you know it is going to get fixed or they will be honest and tell you it can't be fixed or it is going to cost a lot. They will tell you a lot about what they feel about the situation with your car. This company does it right the first time and I have been doing business with them for many years. They are an excellent business to deal with. If you need your car fixed or need an opinion on an issue with your car this is the company to go with. I will use them again in the future.
