He was very easy to talk to. He quoted very less price for the work when compared to others. He did a quality work. He was able to take credit card payment, which was a requirement for us to be able to charge it and that was very helpful for us. He didn't charge anything extra for that credit card payment. If there is a need, I would use him again in the future too.

He provides excellent quality of work. He?s very responsive; returns my phone calls promptly. He always does what he says he?s going to do.

Everything went fine. It took a little while to schedule the job due to a lot of rain. But once there was a week without rain, Bob was here to do the work. He and another man did the work we agreed upon and signed in the contract. They were finished in about three hours. So far there have been no leaks from their repair. Bob is a very nice man and is very upfront about everything. He was willing to do whatever was needed to take care of the job the first time, which I appreciated. I give Herrington Foundation my HIGHEST praise and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Bob did everything in the proposal with the kind of quality and care that is very important to me, and he along with his co-worker left the work area clean and tidy. I was most impressed with Bobs estimate visit, he spent time walking me through the process of what needed to be done to stabilize the problem and what can be done as the home owner to keep the same problem from showing up on any other foundation wall. Not only would I call him for future work if needed I will certainly recommend his company to friends and family. I also told him to include my name in his client referral list.

Bob returned our phone call for a request for a bid within two business days. He worked around our schedule to come and give us an estimate. He was straight forward and honest about the work we needed to have done. There was NO pressure to sign a contract right then. The estimate was drawn up and mailed to us the next day. As soon as they received our signed agreement, Bob immediately contacted us to schedule our work to be done. He was able to schedule us within the week. Bob and one other individual arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. The entire job, including clean up was completed in less than six hours and well under the anticipated time.
