It went well. I think he is competent in that he does the estimates. The guys that do the work completes the work. He is punctual, honest, fair, knowledageble, and is energy conscious.

I like somebody who is in business for himself. He is very cordial and reliable. He returns phone calls; he picks up the phone when you call his company. There is immediate communication. His son works with him and he is also very well educated as far as understanding the system. So, I have just have confidence in them. I do not get a run around like I had from others. If I replace my system here, he is the person I am going to first for a bid. He is also going to be my benchmark so to speak. I just feel that if I have a problem he will take care of it, and he will be persistent. He would not give me some song and dance routine like it is no longer under warranty and that it is no longer his problem that kind of thing. He wants to do justice to his work. He found ways to save me money once he got started on the project like when he installed our new HVAC system.
