Marks's Overhead Door Service

These folks are local and they are great.  Their office staff is spectacular and the installation technician was very informative.  I would definitely recommend them.

Service Technician door came out and found the issue, resolved and at a reasonable price. I would use their service again.

He was prompt, called first before coming, and explained what was needed. We were very pleased with his prompt attention and have had no more problems with the garage door closing properly.

Matt immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board, and suggested I call Genie to get a new board shipped.  He then said he would come back and install it.
Genie is horrible to deal with, but that is not Mark's door fault.
After the circuit board came in, Matt came out quickly and installed it, reprogrammed remotes and lubed all my doors.
For 2 trips and about 1 1/2 hours work the charge was $95, which I thought was reasonable.
They are easy to work with and very cooperative.
I would definitely use them again.

Prompt service.  Problem fixed.

The figured out the problem quickly, called me to let me know the cost and fixed it all in one hour.  Definitely will use them again.  My husband replaced a spring on our own garage door and just the one spring cost $80. We used Mark's Overhead door because it was at a rental property in Topeka and they were great!

I called in the morning and he arrived after lunch (he called first). Spring was replaced  in no time and he lubricated all the necessary parts. In the past I have replaced broken springs myself but this time it would have taken quite a bit longer than it took Mark. I got my money's worth and I'm happy.

The initial call was a little bumpy. The woman who answered wanted me to and quot;tryand quot; a couple things first, but I was able to talk her into making the appointment. The appointment was durning hours I was available and he called when he was on his way. Would use again.

My garage door would not open on its own last evening. I called them around 11 a.m. today, and left a message. They returned my call within an hour or two. By 3 p.m. a service man was here to inspect the door. He had it repaired by 3:30! I am very pleased.
