They made an appointment with me, took my request to their back room of experts, and when the professional came to the front to greet me, he let me show him the problem and took my car into the shop. 20 minutes later he returned my car, repaired, fully secured, and CHARGED ME NOTHING! He said it was a simple fix, just requiring repair of a damaged clip and a new screw, so he sent my on my way happy as can be. I'll certainly remember them when I need something harder done. Great folks to deal with.

It took awhile to get the car in because of their excellent reputation of doing good work, they are very busy. It's worth waiting for, if you can.

Very easy and efficient. Worked well with my insurance company and a rental car company.

We have been going there for at least 10 years. It was high in labor. I did it just in time because the steering was steering to go funny and if I would have kept driving I probably would have been in an accident. I am not a mechanic so I can't tell you all the things they did, but they fixed it and the steering was out. If I try to describe what they did I am going to sound stupid because I don't know what all the things mean. They are very responsive. I think their prices are range with everybody else. They take care of you. They do an nice little thing; anytime they service your car for any reason they wash it before they give it back to you. We will keep using them. I tell everybody all the time that we have been going to Weavers for years. They do a  really good job, they are professional, they take care of their customers, and their prices I think are in range with the average of everybody else. We just really like them. The service manager and people at the front desk are very professional. And they remember me and my husband. They always know who we are because we have been going there so long. It's nice when people remember who you are.

They are AFE company that we use. We use them 4 or 5 times a year.  One of the vehicles is due now, I think. I?ve got a brand new vehicle and then we?ve got an older Honda. That Honda has been there the last 3 years.

We?ve used nothing but them and they?re automobile repair and body works. They are the finest body shop I?ve ever used. I think it?s around $45, but with that, they wash the automobile and they just do everything.   

They call you by your first name, they know you. Which is a little bit odd of a business that is that large. Of course, they know my wife a little bit, because she?s had 3 accidents. The body shop knows her pretty well.

The did a wonderful job.  I contacted the insurance company that was going to be responisble for paying for the work and told them I wanted to use Weaver's.  About an hour later, Weaver's contacted me, they had an appointment for an estimate later that day.  I took it in and they had me scheduled just a week later for the repair.  I took it in and everyone was very nice and professional.  They told me my car would be done a week later.  They actually called me the day before it was due and they were done, early.  I went to pick it up and my concern was that the paint on the car was 8 years old and there would be a difference between the new door and the old paint on the car, but I absolutly cannot see any difference.  It looked great.  I take very good care of my car and even though it is 8 years old, I don't want it to look bad.  I would highly recommend them for any body work.  I was so impressed with them that I am now taking my car back to have it looked at for an oil leak that has now started.

I get my oil changed at Weavers and wait in the waiting room... i know i will have fast and quality service. I trust the staff and i enjoy knowing they look my whole car over, do not pressure me for additional service, and wash my car before i leave. I am thankful such a great place is so close to home.

As usual, the body repair was excellent.  The a/c, they found a leak but that wasn't all.  They ordered another part for the repair.  This is good old fashion workmanship. Work ethic you seldom find now a days.

Weaver's customer service is leagues above the rest. They are professional, efficient and I got the impression that they truly care about their clientele. They have gained a new loyal customer in me.

He worked on the 2 areas for a few minutes using a polishing compound. Some of the lighter scratches disappeared but a few were just too deep. He was very polite and would not accept any payment for his time. I can live with the remaining scratches, but I'll definitely consider them when I need some real body work.

This company is a not what I am use to. You go there once and they remember your name. They treat you professionally. They are very personable. The work performed was exceptional. The timing was just as they said. They had a rental car company on the premises so there was nothing I had to go do myself. They explained all that they were going to do and they did it. Several weeks later, another problem came up and I went back to them. They said they would take care of it and they did within 24 hours. I had to pay the insurance deductible on the first trip but nothing on the second trip.

Once, again, I needed a professional service for my car and I went to Weaver's. They remembered me (which I am not sure whether that is good or bad) and greeted with a smile. They took me to my car and showed me what was needed to be done. I was amazed how much damage I had caused. I, also, asked them to fix the door lock on one of the back passenger door and they showed it there was a child's lock on it within the door. I, also, asked them to replace some clips that kept a shade up on the back windows. They told me when to bring to car in, and when it would be done. They had it done on time. When I brought my car in for the repair, they directed me to Enterprise's office inside there facility for a rental car. What a convenience. Enterprise was so efficient that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When I picked my car up, the car was clean inside and out. It had a new car smell to it. It was as if I just purchased a new car. I highly recommend this business. They are all very friendly, professional, and polite. They say what they are going to do and they do it.

They are really good. They are very customer service focused and professional. Their environment is very clean and they provide great coffee if I am sitting there and waiting; they provide free Wi-Fi as well. They are reasonably priced.

This was the easiest car repair I have ever had. I walked in at 8:15 on Wednesday morning and walked out with a rental at 8:30. Never had I had treatment that was beyond acceptable. They treated me as if I was some one of importance and that they knew me for a long time. Weavers said the car would be ready on Monday. I picked the car up Monday. The car rental company was in
Weavers building. That made it so easy. All personnel was wonderful. Would I go back to Weavers, definitely. Would I recommend Weavers, absolutely.

It was covered under my insurance. They are reasonable. They were very friendly and prompt and they did good quality work.

My daughter had work done at Weavers and was very pleased. I asked insurance company if I could use Weavers. Fortunately, Weavers was a preferred provider. The estimate and the preparation was easily handled in a single visit, including arrangements for a loaner car. There is a car rental agency co-located with Weavers. The Weavers rep I worked with provided detailed information on work needed and delivered as promised. I took car back on scheduled day, picked up rental car and was quickly on my way. Car was repaired and returned on date promised. The facility is very clean, has a nice waiting area and friendly staff.
