They did lots of work, and I thought the price was very reasonable. Their estimate was the best, and I trust them based on all of my experience in the past. They're great. They're extremely dependable, and they're very good in an emergency. They're on time, and they're very helpful.

The plumber was here for about 20 - 25 minutes and the bill was outrageous for the actual service performed. It was not itemized
and when I called the company I was told there was a service charge, a
materials charge and a $41.00 mileage fee on top of the service charge. I do not know what materials were even used.

I was told there would be a small travel fee when I scheduled the appointment but to come
from Shawnee Mission to Parkville does not cost $41.00.
I am disappointed in this provider which I had used with success in the past and will not use them again.
We had a second plumber come out the next day and actually fixed the problem and was here for about two hours and the charge was almost the same amount.

I set up a date and they gave me a very rough estimate when during the day they would arrive. The representative did call when he left his last appointment and was on the way. He was very professional when he was there. He did not waste time since this call was by the hour. Very happy with the service.

Plumber had to hire a company to find a leak in our waterline that was under a concrete floor. First created a 3 by 4 foot hole in our floor with no leak. Had to contact company a second time to find the leak and was successful. Plumber fixed the leak, and I decided that I could repair holes in concrete, and that solved our leaking problem. I felt like I should have gotten a break on company that found leak, since it took 2 tries, but I did not.

They were very good. They were knowledgeable. They know their stuff. There was no fooling around trying to spend money on stuff you don't need.

i was not pleased with my experience. The rate that was negotiated was not what the final bill amounted to. I was also told a certain price for materials and on my final bill, the price had doubled for materials. i tried talking with the owner regarding my dissatisfaction and i was again less than pleased with the outcome. The service fee is too high and the quality of work didn't make up for that. The person doing the work was nice but didn't clean up very well and i ended up doing the majority of the clean up. I will not be using this company again.

There is a leak in my upstairs bathroom and there is a small spot on the ceiling of my family room which is leaking. So I called them to see if they could find a leak. They are the fourth or fifth plumbing company I have called so far. They looked it all over and said that they couldn’t see anything. I told them that there is a bedroom on the other side of the wall. They cut a hole in the wall, but they still couldn’t find any evidence of water leaking. It wasn’t their fault that they couldn’t find anything. They tried to take care of it. They did a good job. It’s not them, but I have been dealing with this issue for a long time. I can’t seem to take care of the issue. The two guys that came seemed really knowledgeable. They were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

They were professional and prompt. They also did good work. I was impressed with their professionalism.

In each instance, Vielhauer was prompt, professional, cleaned up after the job, no problems after the job was completed.

THEY CAME OVER ON A WEEKEND, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE US A GREAT PRICE FOR A MISTAKE THAT WE MADE. THEY ALSO WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT MAKE FUN OF MY HUSBAND FOR HIS BLUNDER.

THESE FOLKS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT DO VERY GOOD WORK AND DON'T DO WORK THAT IS NOT NEEDED.
