Joe telephoned ahead of time to confirm his arrival. Upon arrival, he discussed the carpet cleaning with my wife. Joe's technical expertise demonstrated that he had kept up to date with all the latest innovations in carpet cleaning, maintenance, and care. The carpets look like new. We have two dogs, so there were a few areas that needed special attention. Joe was courteous, efficient, and definitely knew what he was doing. I will call Turner's Carpet Cleaning again and will endorse his services to our neighbors. Regarding price, Joe was upfront about the costs and did not try to sell add on items once inside the house.

I've never used another service. Have used Turner's for at least 10 years. They always do exactly what I want, are great at getting out stains. Prompt personal good service.

The chairs didn't look like new after cleaning but the cleaners did as well as could be expected and seemed genuinely sorry that they couldn't do better. They certainly met our expectations.

I have used Turner's for 14 years. As usual, they were right on time, listened carefully to my instructions, tested any fabrics that needed testing, gave me an accurate estimate of bill and time. Joe proceeded to work his wonderful cleaning magic on all my upholstery and carpet! This company is always responsive and extremely friendly!

Joe arrived on time and is always polite and professional. He measured the space, told me the cost, and them got started. He does a very good job. He took his time with the upholstery and it looks great. He got out all the spots in the carpet and just did a great job. I have used Turner's several time now and I'll definantly use them the next time that I need my carpet or upholstery cleaned. Joe is always very clean in his appearance and does not smoke, so he doesn't smell like cigarette smoke or take smoking breaks.

When I called I set up an appointment for later in the week to have two wool rugs and a loveseat cleaned. The person I spoke with on the phone was obviously very knowledgeable and took the time to explain possible problems that might occur, such as dyes bleeding. The young man who performed the service approached the job very professionally, again explaining all parts of the process. Everything went smoothly. The rugs and upholstery look great and I'm very happy with the result. This was not the first time I have used this company. They continue to get my business because of their excellent service and friendly attitude.

JOE MAHON WAS THE TECHNICIAN DOING THE WORK. ARRIVED EXACTLY AT THE PROMISED TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. DID THE ENTIRE JOB IN JUST UNDER THREE HOURS. FOR FURNITURE NOT MOVED, HE USED PLASTIC PADS TO ENSURE OPTIMUM DRYING. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I'VE USED TURNER OVER THE PAST 7 YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY'RE UPFRONT ON CARPET CONDITION AND WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. THEY'RE ALSO HELPFUL IN SUGGESTING THE BEST WAYS TO REMOVE VARIOUS STAINS. I RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. FOR WHAT THEY DO, THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. MY CORPORATE HQ WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL WORK DONE.
