The install was completed very well, but we had issues later. He came out and honored his guarantee, which was great, but the work was never completed. We have tried to reach him for 2 months to complete the replacement of 2 windows and to repair the ceiling from the leak. He has not responded to calls, voicemails, and text messages about it.
