We worked with a couple different people; they were always very knowledgeable, and patient. My husband took me in the store, which if it is your first time doing something like this it is very intimidating. Nate was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He helped me understand the difference of the material and made honest recommendations to me. My experience is when my husband is with me people will talk to me through him. That is now what happened here. Once I selected the tile I wanted (travertine) it took me a long time to pick out my boarder and the design I wanted. Again, everyone was extremely patient and helpful. After we ordered the material for the shower and around the tub we later decided we wanted to have the floor done as well. They recommended Jamie; I do not know the name of his company, to do it. Jamie gave us an incredible price and his brother replaced the floor for us. We already had a different contractor to do the tile for the shower and around the tub. The Tile Shop was exceptional. I will happily give them future business and recommend them.

Crystal at Tile Shop was great to deal with. She provided a preliminary design for our kitchen remodel which we thought was just ok at the time (ironically our finally kitchen design is almost identical to what she originally proposed!). However, her preferred contractor was a bit too 'funny' for our taste. So, ultimately, we did not move forward with this contractor (and subsequently the Tile Shop designer). I have been in to the Tile Shop numerous times since then and am always pleased with their professionalism and knowledge and vast tile products.

I purchased the tile from them, and then they recommended someone to install it. They have a very good selection. The people there are very knowledgeable. We did go over there recently because the house that we live in has granite countertops. We got some equipment from the to put on the granite to restore it. They helped us with that. They are helpful. I think their prices are fair for tile. You are going to pay more at a larger chain store. They have quite a bit more selection. They also have good recommendations for craftsmen to help you get the work done.

The Tile Shop was great! Easy to work with. Friendly sales people and worked with our schedule. I ordered a small rectangle of travertine for the kitchen wall. It didn't go up very well and looked aweful. (It was very hard to install as the tile installers had to work around a pot filler and place in a small rectangle.) The Tile Shop let me replace the travertine for a bigger travertine at a VERY low cost since the first one did not go up very well and was wavy. Very happy with the new travertine. I HAVE USED THE TILE SHOP FOR ABOUT THIRTEEN YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO BAD EXPERIENCES. LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM, A NICE SHOWROOM TO TAKE CUSTOMERS TO SO THEY CAN SEE WHAT IS AVAILABLE AND A STAFF THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
