I wrote a bad review resulting from the inability to reach this contractor and for the fact that it had been a month since I asked for the system to be started for the Spring.
After writing my review I received a call from Josh, the owner, who explained how he and his wife had been called out of town for an uinexpected family emergency, and that they were in a part of Arkansas where they did not even have phone service. Josh related how he had passed along our service request to a friend to complete in his absence, however his friend dropped the ball. The explanation was rather long, but one thing was clear, Josh wanted to make amends. He even offered to perform the service for free, which I declined, however I did offer him the chance to turn our system on immediately and in so doing I would cancel the alternate arrangements I had.
Josh arrived the following day and completed the service, so in all fairness I felt I needed to add this addendum to my comments.

This spring my lawn care company requested that my sprinklers be turned on early in order that they could do some plantings and seeding. I contacted Josh approximately a month ago. Since then I have had several e-mails offering one excuse after another as to why the work has not been done. I then followed up with a phone call, and no answer. Then I sent an e-mail, and never received a reply. Today I phoned only to learn the voice mail system was full. In short the company seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.
Perhaps they have a family emergency or whatever, but at least they could let customers know. So for these reasons I will no longer do business with this provider.

The sprinklers were installed and the yard ended up being extremely rocky nd proved difficult to bore and trench but Josh was very professional and finished the job in a timely manner

Josh did an excellent job communicating and making sure visions were the same josh and his crew arrived first thing in morning and worked straight through to dinner. The end result was beautiful.
