Hello, We are the LaRosh's and we would love to share with all of you the many positive experiences that we have had with Safe Harbor Roofing LLC of Kansas City. For a number of years now we had had a roofing project that we could never really get started. We have had an unusual set of circumstances and addressing them has been a master riddle. It was then that we were given the name of, "Safe Harbor Roofing" from a very reputable realtor who had not only shared their name with many of her clients, but had also used them herself for several of her own rental properties. Soon after I connected with Lloyd Lantz the head contractor for Safe Harbor Roofing, and He and I struck up an immediate cord and became fast friends. I learned right away that He not only had experience in doing many top commercial roofing projects, but it became obvious to me that He was also was able to take into scope the needs of a small residential home owner who was wrestling with things way outside the norm. I became impressed that their many earned dollars where not being used for fancy marketing trucks or flyers, but were instead going to provide them with the best materials to do the very best job that they can do. I diligently then went to work to contact a list of their many referrals and with each one that I found that these were branching off to others and that all were comminating in the use of their company, and this was impressive. The truth was that I was heavily emotionally invested in going with another roofing company, but Lloyd thought that he could save us some money and sure enough when his bid came back, the total left us not only feeling blessed but confident that after interviewing what ended up to be many, many roofing company’s, that we had finally found the right one to do our work. Saving money is one thing but from day one, Lloyd was in constant communication with myself and He was beyond enjoyable to work with. I felt that He appreciated each and every one of our many concerns and I believe that he was even inspired by the challenge of them and I also dearly appreciated his showing interest in all the work that I had done. We also felt like family due to the fact that both He and our son are both Marines. So this helped us feel even more confident. Our issues were not easy ones. Yet Lloyd, Steve, Jose and their team, rolled up their sleeves whittled away at accomplishing each aspect of our plan and did it all while remaining open minded, patient and willing to help in any way that they could. I was nervous and there was no doubting it, but together as a team we kept things moving forward. We had set our date for the 12th of October, but come time for our project to commence, they surprised us with being able to start a whole day earlier which in turn helped us jump through a few other hoops and although they had planned our job taking all of two days, they were instead able to get it done in just one. Other companies had quoted it taking 3-4. Soon our roof was on, finished and looking beautiful, I was impressed by the amount of care that was taken in protecting all of our landscaping. I don’t know quite how they did it, but I was amazed at just how well they had cleaned up the yard of all debris and they were even sweet enough to reset some of our statues for us. Later on any minor details that I had a questions on, were addressed promptly and adjustments were made which made me very happy and I will be the first to admit that most people aren’t as invested in their roofs as I am, but for me this whole process has taken years’ of emotional wear and tear and so I was glad that they empathized with why having things done just so was important to me. In the end we are thanking God for taking care of us through the use of this company and for steering us towards a "Safe Harbor." We are now the proud owners of beautiful new roof and we will never again need to worry about being washed out to sea by another unknown leak. Just bought the house and insurance company required a new roof, despite inspector giving original roof another 10 years of life.  Getting the estimate took a little longer than I expected, but apparently the person I initially spoke to had surgery and was out for a week.  Not a problem as I couldn't have the work done for a couple of weeks due to my own schedule, but made for a little anxiety when I didn't hear back and needed to make sure I had something in progress to keep the insurance company happy.  Vince was the person I dealt with for most of the transaction, and he was polite, personable, and easy to contact when I had questions.  I was able to view the exact same roof in a nearby neighborhood, so I knew just what I was getting.  It's a small house (approx. 770 living area - excluding porch area).  Materials were delivered the day before, around 8 A.M.  They were finished in little less than an hour.  Work was completed the following day.  They tarped the area around the house to catch all debris, and also parked a large refuse bin next to the garage (which means the garage was off-limits for the day).  When finished, they cleaned everything, ran a magnet over the yard to pick up nails, and cleared off all sidewalks, driveway, etc.  around the house.

At the end of May 2015 I contacted this provider to make an appointment for an estimate of the Gutter Glove product for my home.  The appointment was set for June 1, 2015 and one of the managing partners came to the house.  We discussed what I was looking for and he took measurements.
On June 4, 2015 I had not received an estimate so I contacted the representative.  I was told that I would get the estimate that afternoon.  The representative had my email address and phone number if there were any problems.  I never received an estimate or anything after my phone call on June 4th.

Steve and his crew were very professional and courteous. Anytime I had a question, I could call him and he would answer it. The quality of work was amazing! The roof was done in 2 days and looked awesome! There was no clean up for me to do. His crew did everything in a timely and neat manner. They are a local business here in Shawnee and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
