I felt the price was very fair. He was professional and had excellent workman ship. He did use some sub-contractors for some other work and he did oversee them personally just to make sure that they were doing a good job. One thing that stood out about him was that; they had to cut a hole in the house to add the new room and at one point there was a heavy rain. There was a small leak before they finished the new roof portion. He came over and had to climb up the ladder in the rain and fixed the roof. He is very conscientious and the sub-contractors did a good job too. I will highly recommend them to others and if needed be I will use them in the future.
